This policy explains LocalAgility's approach to advertising and sponsored content.

Current State

LocalAgility does not currently sell paid or sponsored listing placements. Businesses appear in search and category results based on relevance to your search, not payment.

If This Changes

Should LocalAgility introduce paid placements, promoted listings, or sponsored content in the future, any such placement will be clearly and visibly labeled as "Sponsored," "Ad," or similar, so it is never confused with an organic, unpaid listing.
