Where reviews and ratings appear on LocalAgility, this policy explains the standards they're held to.

Authenticity

Reviews should reflect a genuine experience with the business being reviewed. Fake, incentivized, or misleading reviews are not permitted.

No Ratings Without Reviews

LocalAgility does not display a star rating or review count for a listing unless real reviews exist for it — ratings are never fabricated or estimated.

Moderation

LocalAgility reserves the right to remove reviews that violate these standards, are unrelated to the business, contain personal information about private individuals, or otherwise violate our Community Guidelines.

Business Responses

A business that has claimed its listing (see our Business Verification Policy) can reach us to address inaccurate reviews through our Contact Us page.
